We want you to love your Rewlz3D purchase!
If you're not completely satisfied, please review our policy below.
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and unmodified (as received).
- Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you’re eligible for a full refund or exchange.
How to Request a Return

2️⃣ Provide your
order number, photos (if damaged), and reason for return.
3️⃣ Wait for approval and instructions before shipping anything back.
Refund Options
- Full refund to original payment method
- Exchange for the same or similar item
- Store credit
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after return approval and receipt of the item.
Return Shipping & Restocking Fees
- If the error is ours (damage in transit or wrong item): We cover shipping.
- Other returns (change of mind): Buyer pays return shipping.
- No restocking fee for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
- Up to 15% restocking fee
- may apply for other returns to cover handling and inspection.
